Terms of Service

Royal Touch values your privacy. We will not disclose any of your information to any third party and do not store your credit card number if you use it to purchase items from our online store. Any personal information we keep is used only for allowing customers to be updated on their order status and for promotion mailings, which everyone always has an option to unsubscribe from.

Security

Security is a top priority for us, which is why the entire website is encrypted using an SSL Certificate (secure socket layer). You can see this in checking that your URL starts with https://shop.rtcaviar.com (the ‘s’ in https signifies a secure connection).

Consumer Safety Policy

Royal Touch takes serious precautions to ensure that your orders are delivered in the freshest condition. Royal Touch uses special, secure, temperature-controlled packaging technology to ensure safe food transportation to its destination. Any accidental transportation damage must be addressed with a shipping carrier (FedEx) in accordance with their specific policy. To prevent our product from the risks associated with spoilage, adulteration or misbranding, we can not resell returned food items. Hence, we must discard returned food. Royal Touch shall not be liable for any damage as a result of any delay or failure to deliver for any reason including, but not limited to, problems with the carrier, any acts of God, fire, flood, accident, sabotage, strike, slowdown or other labor difficulties, war, riot, delay in transportation, or defaults of common carriers.

Shipping

Any order containing perishable products will be shipped via: FedEx Overnight Service or FedEx Home Next Day Delivery service. Due to shipping limitations, we are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes under any circumstances. FedEx requires a signature for $500+ orders and will not leave a package without one.

Orders must be placed before 3PM EST to be processed for next day delivery. All orders received after 3PM will be processed the next business day. Changes or cancellations to orders must be placed at least one day in advance of the shipping date. Due to shipping limitations, we are unable to ship packages for delivery on the following holidays or the day after that: New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Inspect your order

Please inspect all products the moment they arrive. If your shipment arrives tampered with or otherwise damaged, please contact FedEx and our customer service department immediately. Remember that the sooner you contact FedEx and our customer service department — the easier it will be to file a claim. And also remember to keep all packing and products exactly as they arrived.

Returns

All products are guaranteed to be fresh. However, they must be inspected immediately upon arrival—as credit will NOT be granted if unsatisfactory items are discarded or consumed (even partially). If you want to return any item, please keep all packaging intact. Also, all return claims must be made within 24 hrs of shipment receipt. At that time, a return authorization code will be issued. Depending on the issue and proposed resolution, a replacement product will be shipped or a credit will be issued to the original form of payment once we receive and accept the claim. Please note: returns will not be accepted without a return authorization code. For claims made within 24 hrs of shipment receipt, we accept returns of all unopened items for a full refund minus any shipping fees unless it's Royal Touch's fault or the unsatisfactory condition of the product. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

Mobile Terms of Service

The Royal Touch Caviar mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Royal Touch Caviar (“Royal Touch Caviar”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Royal Touch Caviar’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Royal Touch Caviar through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Royal Touch Caviar. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time.
Text the single keyword command STOP to +18886713762 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Royal Touch Caviar mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
