  • Claims Within 24 Hours: Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment to report any issues. At this time, a Return Authorization Code will be issued. Without this code, returns cannot be processed.

  • Return Shipping: While we will cover return shipping fees in the case of an error on our part or product defects, customers are responsible for return shipping costs under all other circumstances.

  • Unopened Items Only: We accept returns of unopened items only. Please note that once a product has been consumed or partially consumed, it is no longer eligible for return.
