Shipping and Returns
Shipping
All orders will be charged upon check out and shipped the same day via FEDEX Overnight if ordered before 3 PM EST, all orders that are received after 3 PM EST will be shipped via FEDEX Overnight following day. All first time orders will be eligible for FREE FEDEX Overnight shipping and 10% discount. Our standard shipping policy will apply to all subsequent orders--all orders over $200 FREE FEDEX Overnight shipping, under $200 in NYC Metro & NJ $25, and $35 for the rest of Continental USA.
Any order containing perishable products will be shipped via FedEx Overnight Service or FedEx Home Next Day Delivery service. Due to shipping limitations, we are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes under any circumstances. FedEx requires a signature for $500+ orders and will not leave a package without one. Orders must be placed before 3PM EST to be processed for next day delivery. All orders received after 3PM will be processed the next business day. Changes or cancellations to orders must be placed at least 1 day in advance of the shipping date. Due to shipping limitations, we are unable to ship packages for delivery on the following holidays or the day thereafter: New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas.
Notice! Free shipping applies only to orders containing at least one item of caviar. You cannot order blinis and cream without ordering caviar.
Returns
All products are guaranteed to be fresh. However, they must be inspected immediately upon arrival—as credit will NOT be granted if unsatisfactory items are discarded or consumed (even partially). If you want to return any item, please keep all packaging intact. Also, all return claims must be made within 24 hrs of shipment receipt. At that time, a return authorization code will be issued. Depending on the issue and proposed resolution a replacement product will be shipped or a credit will be issued to the original form of payment once we receive and accept the claim. Please note: returns will not be accepted without a return authorization code. For claims made within 24 hrs of shipment receipt, we accept returns of all unopened items for a full refund minus any shipping fees unless it's Royal Touch's fault or unsatisfactory condition of the product, the buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
